This Vision Statement describes what we hope to become and inspires us to create an environment that benefits all students.

W.M.H.S. is a cultural environment that is safe, engaging, and welcoming; we equitably generate support for students, families, and staff. We provide diverse learning opportunities to encourage academic success, perpetual life-long learning, and healthy lifestyles.  Our efforts are directed toward assisting students in developing ownership of their education so they may compete globally and contribute positively to society.

The Mission of Wayne Memorial High School, where Wayne P.R.I.D.E. drives our efforts, is to create a community where all are dedicated to developing students who are disciplined and knowledgeable about how to succeed personally, academically, and professionally.
